Help request on a Cisco issue.

I've got some tests to do with a Cisco 6513 ACE-10 card. My testing environment is very limited and I'd greatly appreciate getting some feedback from someone knowledgeable with that thing.

Having someone help me setup a quick test environment with two hosts balancing http would be awesome of course, but any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you checked out the getting started guide on the Cisco web site:

http://www/en/US/docs/interfaces_modules/services_modules/ace/v3.00_A1/configuration/quick/guide/GSGd.html

It should help you set up basic SLB. Â Also, you can download a free version of the GUI to run on a server to manage and configure the ACE module. Its called ANM Application Networking Manager)

Thanks a lot for the info.

Problem is I have to test a load balancing solution and I don't have access to the cisco equipment myself, not getting much help from administrators either.

So I were thinking of getting my two web caches via ssh tunnels into an existing cisco and so some quick testing that way.
