As OSSIM is freely available, so are OSSIM professional services. AlienVault provides professional services and support to public and private organizations both directly and indirectly through our global network of officially certified partners. As SIEM solutions can become quite complex we strongly discourage reliance on service providers who have not been trained and certified by AlienVault or an officially authorized AlienVault partner.
AlienVault offers a complete set of support and consulting services ranging from architectural design, to configuration, installation, tuning, development, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring.
