If a user is deleted from the AlienVault USM Appliance web UI while that same user is logged in from a different machine, USM Appliance does not allow the user to log out, or expire the session (going back to the login screen).
If the deleted user attempts to log out, he will receive an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
The browser session remains active and the deleted user is still able to navigate the web UI.
Reboot USM Appliance. Or make sure that the user isn't logged in elsewhere before deleting their account.
