In the event that an AlienVault USM Appliance license is not renewed by the expiry date, the USM Appliance update process will no longer authenticate with the repository to complete the update.
This will result in the following error:
"Can't update unregistered professional versions"
The solution is to reach out to your Customer Success Rep or contact our Customer Success Team at [email protected].
Simply re-register the new or validated license key as documented in these resources
