Raw Logs stopped appearing

I've set up the logger according to https://www.alienvault.com/documentation/usm-appliance/initial-setup/configuring-usm-logger.htm however no entries appear in Raw Logs since August 31, 2017. Where should I start troubleshooting?

    The most likely cause is the default policy not correctly set, or another policy overriding the default. I would recommend opening a support case, however, so that a support engineer can connect to the systems (server and logger) to confirm the cause of the issue.
