My new sensors connect to the alien vault cloud but the activation fails to complete. what could be the problem

    In most cases, this ends up being caused by a connectivity block (Firewall or filter) on port 7100. If you could, please refer to the firewall requirements listed for your deployment platform at the link below. 

    If you confirm that the required ports are open, but you are still unable to activate, please open a support case so a support engineer can review your deployment to see if there is another issue preventing you from completing your sensor deployment.
