AlienVault offers a LightSpeed Replacement Service for all hardware appliances. If you ever have an issue with your hardware a replacement unit will be shipped with priority shipping within 48 hours of being informed of the issue. After three years of LightSpeed Replacement Service, you will be entitled to a FREE hardware upgrade. LightSpeed replacement is free for the first year with any hardware appliance purchase.
