“In this day and age, it is critical that companies take steps to ensure that their assets, data and intellectual property are protected,” said McLeod. “For any security program to succeed, it is important that all employees—executives, managers and staff—are aware of what’s at stake and trained in best practices. Security needs to be at the forefront of all key business decisions, and I am excited to be able to bring my expertise to the AlienVault team.”
Cathy has 15 plus years of human resource leadership experience at privately held, start-up technology companies and high-growth, publicly-traded organizations in the oil & gas/energy sectors.
“I am excited to be joining such a dynamic team,” said Guthrie. “A supportive work environment coupled with a fun and engaging brand and solid corporate values make AlienVault a place where people love to work. I look forward to driving initiatives that will further enhance AlienVault’s unique culture and identity.”
