LightSpeed support
LightSpeed technical support is offered to all USM Anywhere and USM Appliance customers with an active Support & Maintenance contract. With LevelBlue's LightSpeed support you will receive direct access to LevelBlue certified experts (ACE’s) where you can:
- Work directly with an ACE to quickly analyze your specific challenges and bring them to rapid resolution
- Receive instructions and guidance on how to properly configure LevelBlue USM to achieve a specific behavior
- Obtain help in identifying unique challenges you are trying to solve and learn best practices to get the most benefit from the product
- Use as a single point of contact for RMA’s, software defects and product suggestions (we love those)
- Use the Success Center to submit, update, check status and manage all support cases

In addition to LevelBlue's expert LightSpeed support included with all LevelBlue USM solutions, customers can take advantage of expanded support offerings available for the Standard and Premium Editions of USM Anywhere. This optional support package includes 24x7 support to extend our default technical support services, as well as faster initial responses times for all support cases.

LevelBlue Cybersecurity USM Anywhere LiftOff Packages are designed for every customer to get up and running quickly on USM Anywhere. Each LiftOff Package includes Implementation Services and Training. Implementation Services help you get your USM Anywhere deployment installed, configured, and optimally tuned to your environment. Training provides you with hands-on product training and expert guidance to help you manage and use your USM Anywhere solution.
