AlienVault Feed for Nessus Updater

As part of the effort to proving a richer OSSIM experience to the community, and after reading Tenables announcement regarding the licensing policy change, we've decided to continue with the provision of a free, quality, Plugin feed. The initial release of this feed has been developed with the support and sponsorship of the Telefonica VRT.

The plugins are made so they work seamlessly with both Nessus as well as OpenVAS, and the updater takes this into account.
