What is the cancellation policy for Professional Services hours?
We require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled consultation. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance of your consultation will result in the loss of hours in accordance with the schedule outlined below:
< 48 hours: You will forfeit half of the scheduled appointment time (e.g. 2-hour appointment // 1 hour lost)
No Show, Same-day Cancellation: The entire scheduled appointment time is forfeited.

What is my expiration date for Professional Services?
Your Professional Services hours are valid for up to 90 days after purchase.
