Professional Services FAQ
What is the cancellation policy for Professional Services hours?
We require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled consultation. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance of your consultation will result in the loss of hours in accordance with the schedule outlined below:
< 48 hours: You will forfeit ½ of the scheduled appointment time (i.e. 2 hour appointment // 1 hour lost)
No Show, Same-day Cancellation: The entire scheduled appointment time is forfeited.

What is my expiration date for Professional Services?
Your Professional Services hours are valid for up to 90 days after purchase. MSSP's have up to 180 days after purchase.

As the Point of Contact (POC), by now, you should have received an introductory email from our Professional Services team. This email includes useful information and will connect you with your assigned consultant Please coordinate some time to meet with your consultant and begin the process.
